This position is part-time, 20 hours a week. Hours are flexible, but must be between 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Requires a general understanding of computer skills and programs (Google Suite, Windows, Zoom, Quickbooks)
Assists with event planning, fundraisers, and volunteering onsite at events.
Assists with fundraising: obtaining donations, recruiting volunteers, and staffing fundraising events.
Answers incoming calls and emails and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
Handles QuickBooks transactions, including cashing checks, paying bills, and keeping records.
Manages the incoming and outgoing mail.
Updates the JTJ website.
